Scope
Annual subscription to KeepDent for one clinic, with setup and support services. Plans are based on chair count: Ambulancia (1–2), Studio (3–6), Klinika (7–12), Sieť (13+, one clinic). Multiple locations: individual quote. All plans have the same features.
Prices and payment
All prices are final; we are not VAT registered. Subscriptions are paid in advance for one or two years (at a lower monthly equivalent). Setup (installation, configuration, training, barcode reader and two weeks of assistance) is paid once. [TO COMPLETE: legal review — payment dates and methods]
Support
We monitor the software around the clock, 24/7. We accept requests Monday–Saturday, 08:00–20:00, and address them within 24 hours. Your subscription includes software and e-invoice format updates, support, transfer to a new computer and video guides. Charged at €50/hour: migration of old data, custom reports, clinic computer or network problems and on-site visits (plus travel).
Duration and cancellation
Subscriptions do not renew automatically; we contact you before the end of the period. You are not committed to another term afterwards. Your data remains on your clinic’s computer and stays with you; we can help export it on request. [TO COMPLETE: legal review — chair count changes, withdrawal and refunds]
Licence
The licence is tied to the clinic’s computer. If you replace it, licence transfer is included in the subscription.
